Indonesia’s leading architecture exhibition and conference, ARCH:ID, returned in 2025 with a bold step into digital transformation. Held at the Indonesia Convention Exhibition (ICE) in BSD, the event brought together the nation’s most prominent architects, developers, designers, and policymakers to shape the future of Indonesia’s built environment.
Organized by PT Citra Inovasi Strategi Exhibition (C.I.S) in collaboration with the Indonesian Institute of Architects (IAI), the organizers had a clear goal: to strengthen business engagement and build a sustainable buyer ecosystem while maintaining the event’s distinct design-forward identity.
To achieve this, ARCH:ID partnered with Jublia to introduce a web-based engagement solution purpose-built to power meaningful meetings, targeted discovery, and long-term relationship-building in the architecture space.
This diverse audience posed an exciting challenge for the event organizers: how do you create a digital layer that supports both business-driven interactions and open-ended discovery?
Working closely with the organizing team, Jublia crafted a digital experience that enhanced the attendee journey. From personalized recommendations to structured business matchmaking, every interaction was designed to serve relevance without pressure.
The result? A 72% attendee adoption rate, reflecting strong engagement with the platform’s features, and favorable feedback from exhibitors who highlighted the ease and effectiveness of their business matching experience.
To meet ARCH:ID’s multifaceted goals, Jublia delivered a digital solution paired with consultative support. At the heart of the solution was an intuitive Web App that housed key event features in one accessible interface.
A major advantage was the platform’s simplicity and flexibility, allowing the organizer full control over content input while minimizing technical overhead.
Beyond the technology, Jublia partnered closely with the organizing team to guide data structuring, optimize platform use, and drive attendee engagement. This collaborative approach helped ensure strong adoption across all stakeholders and enabled purposeful networking that turned exploration into action.
ARCH:ID leveraged Jublia’s Web App as the foundation of its digital engagement strategy, offering a centralized and intuitive hub for attendees to explore the event.
The web platform made it easy for users to navigate the full agenda, discover sessions of interest, and build personalized schedules, all in just a few taps. This ease of access significantly improved how attendees planned their time, contributing to strong impression metrics across the board.
Sponsors also were thoughtfully embedded into this digital journey. Their visibility was integrated into key points within the app, ensuring they gained meaningful exposure without disrupting the user experience. This approach complemented their physical presence, offering a seamless brand touchpoint across platforms.
To drive purposeful engagement, ARCH:ID implemented Jublia Match 360°, an intelligent business matching system that recommended meetings based on each participant’s goals and relevance. This allowed attendees and exhibitors to discover connections that truly mattered, rather than relying on chance encounters.
The result was a high level of meaningful interaction, with strong follow-through on meeting requests and full fulfillment onsite. The business matching feature stood out in particular, with the event having a meeting satisfaction score of 4.62 out of 5—reflecting the strong quality of connections made. By weaving business matchmaking seamlessly into the digital experience, ARCH:ID transformed casual exploration into valuable conversations that continued beyond the event.
ARCH:ID’s digital layer didn’t just enable interaction it elevated the overall event experience. By streamlining discovery and guiding attendees toward relevant opportunities, the platform helped both visitors and exhibitors maximize their time and investment at the event.
Attendees found the Web App intuitive and helpful, giving it a platform satisfaction score of 4.3 out of 5. Additionally, overall onsite satisfaction reached 4.4, further affirming that a well-integrated digital experience can enhance both pre-event preparation and on-the-ground engagement. These results demonstrate how meaningful engagement, when thoughtfully designed and delivered, translates into real, measurable impact.
“Our goal was to deliver meaningful value to our exhibitors, especially as the business landscape has become more challenging in recent years,” said a representative from the ARCH:ID organizing team. “By combining strong exhibition propositions with the Jublia platform, we enabled exhibitors to connect with purpose and walk away with real value to help grow their business.”
These results affirmed that meaningful engagement, when thoughtfully designed and delivered, can translate into real, measurable impact.
ARCH:ID 2025 marked the first time Jublia’s solutions were adopted for this event, and the results speak for themselves. What began as an exploration into digital engagement quickly became a collaborative journey rooted in mutual trust and a shared vision for elevating the event experience.
From strategic advisory to real-time platform support, Jublia worked hand-in-hand with the ARCH:ID team to bring their goals to life. The success of this debut partnership sets the stage for future innovation, as both sides continue to learn, adapt, and co-create even more impactful event journeys.
