Overview

TechLaw.Fest is a signature event hosted annually in sunny Singapore. It brings together an international community to debate, deliberate, act and innovate around topics that revolve around law (policies, regulations, legislation, case law and governance) and technology (infrastructure, business transformation and people development). TechLaw.Fest is all about lively experimentation and meaningful action; Jublia was absolutely thrilled to be chosen as a strategic partner to facilitate knowledge adoption, idea generation and solution creation with our Unified 360° technology.

Objective

We were tasked to be the architects of a highly structured business matching program, which aimed to facilitate meaningful and relevant 1:1 meetings amongst the attendees for the purpose of solution generation and knowledge sharing. Furthermore, we were also empowered by the organisers to provide a content platform that made it ridiculously easy for attendees to interact with sessions, speakers and ideas.

Solutions

TechLaw.Fest was powered by our Unified 360° solution that combined the best of Match 360° and Content 360°. We built both a web and native (Fully Branded Event App) platform that made the attendee experience completely streamlined, seamless and immersive. Below are some key highlights of what transpired over a 2-week campaign period.

Match 360°

The industry’s leading standard in smart matchmaking that is fully end-to-end from design consultation to meeting reminders, onsite management and real-time interaction business intelligence.

  1. User Adoption
    Our usage concerns (due to a brief engagement time) were unfounded. In just 2 weeks, Match 360° was utilised by over 60% of the attendees!
  2. Meeting Potential
    With over 1,000 top-level meeting requests, there was an obvious demand for highly meaningful meetings.
  3. Platform Activity
    In just 14 days, we analysed over 2,500 platform visits and (a whooping) more than 3,000 user profiles were viewed. Activity was bustling!
  4. Meeting Performance
    80% of all the 1:1 meetings facilitated were rated as highly satisfied. There were deals being made and MOUs signed onsite.
  5. Net Promoter Score (NPS)
    Tech.LawFest achieved a glowing positive NPS score of over 30%. A serious win for a serious (Law) sector in our books.

Content 360° (Fully Branded Event App)

Our award-winning event app solution that is seamlessly integrated with Match 360°. Most importantly, it comes with a proven onboarding model that solves the organiser pain of low event app adoption.

  1. Download Rates
    Over 40% of the attendees used the event app with majority of the downloads made one week before the event.
  2. App Activity
    We experience over 1,500 app opens with an average attendee usage of more than 5 times each to interact with content.
  3. Agenda Interactions
    We analysed over 2,000 session favourites and agenda views, with Data and Commerce being the topic of most interest.
  4. Customer Satisfaction (CSat)
    Jublia achieved a CSat score of 4.0 / 5.0. We are elated and plan to top these results the next time around.
